Bahaa Abdul Hadi, a distinguished Iraqi-Canadian entrepreneur and fintech pioneer in Iraq, has been appointed as the chapter chair, bringing his extensive expertise and vision to drive digital financial transformation in Iraq and foster international compliance in the local fintech ecosystem.
