Kuwait and China have formalized a framework agreement that outlines the technical aspects of their collaborative efforts in the realm of renewable energy.

Kuwait’s Undersecretary at the Ministry of Electricity and Water and renewable energy, Dr. Adel Al-Zamel, participated in the signing ceremony along with Ren Jingdong, deputy director of the Chinese National Energy Administration.
